Guard yourself against thoughtless speech. posted at 12:49 AM

Check out these amazing images by Ashkan Honarvar.

She looks like a Hindu Goddess that came out of the sea.

He has a series called Indvidualism where you can't see the woman's face.
The Vanitas series were also some of my favorites (besides the red head).

Just discovered this unique artist via The Jealous Curator.

A girl can look, can't she? posted at 3:25 PM

I love the new trend of getting a blue diamond engagement or wedding ring. These are my favorites... which one do you like the best?
Blue diamond engagement ring

I found this picture in a forum where people were debating about the authenticity of blue diamond rings, and whether or not it's lame to enhance the color.

A gallery technician at Sotheby's auction house holds an incredibly rare blue diamond ring which is set to be auctioned in Geneva and is expected to fetch up to GBP 6million on April 24, 2009 in London, England. The stone, known as a fancy vivid blue diamond is internally flawless and weighs 7.03 carats, it has been granted the highest possible grading for blue diamonds by the Gemological Institute of America. The ring is to be auctioned as part of Sotheby's Geneva's 'Magnificent Jewels' sale to be held on May 12, 2009.
This one is gorgeous. It should be - it's real- and worth $6million.

Downtown LA Graffiti: Written on the Surfliner train to Union Station posted at 10:53 PM

I've been visiting my old stomping grounds in Downtown LA lately. I did the whole loft living thing there in 2008. I haven't been there in a while since I've been living in Spain. Now that I've been going back I've been discovering all this new street artwork...

When I first tried snapping the face on the top of this building the sunlight was blocking me, but then I realized it was just right.

This piece (below) was huge. The quality of these pics are lame because I took all of them with my iPhone. I need to get my camera fixed.
Do you see her?
Also check out my posts about Graffiti in Athens and Barcelona.
(Love the street art in those cities!!)

Paint me open eyes, Paint me with the color of love posted at 7:48 PM

This is the first painting I've done in years! It's a portrait of a Boston Terrier. I painted the picture I found here, from dogbreedworld.net

It feels great just to be painting again. More to come.

I love my dog as much as I love you
But you may fade, my dog will always come through.
Na, na, na, na, na, na, nana...
